Pertandingan Masakan Makanan Tradisi Sempena Sabah Fest.

Last week 4 members of the Mansau-Ansau Photography( Nizman, Wan, Anna(new member) and myself went to the Sabah Museum's Heritage Village, in conjunction with the Sabah Fest, to witness and experience the atmosphere of the traditional lifestye of the many ethnic groups found in this land.....and 2 of us became judges...for cooking competitions !

The 'Nanka masak lemak'(jackfruit in coconut milk) competition was won by 1st Yusop Salleh, 2nd SittiAsgal & 3rd Hjjh Norbek.

Next...the 'Hinava '(raw fish with lime)competition

It was won by 1st Sitti Asgar, 2nd Luciana T. and 3rd Lanuin I.
